FAQ

How long does it take to have my eSIM activated?

During working hours (Monday to Friday 9AM till 6PM) we will issue your eSIM within only 2 hours. We will send you the QR code by email, the line will be activated already.

When are the data reset?

Your 40Gb roaming allowance will be reset on day 1 of each calendar month. When contracting the data allowance will correspond to the proportional part of the remaining days of the month. For eg if you contract on day 15 you will have 20Gb during the current month, then 40Gb on next day 1.

If I overpass my data allowance while in roaming, what happens?

You will be able to continue surfing but at a lower speed. This plan doesn’t allow refills. You will be back with full speed on day 1 of the month

Can I travel throughout Europe with this SIM card, which countries does it include?

What is the speed of Connectivity network?

The speed of our network is the one of Vodafone 5G, you can navigate up to 300Mbps depending on the signal strength.

Is the roaming automatically activated?

Yes, all free of charge features like roaming in zone 1 (Europe) are activated by default.

Can I keep the line after the contracted period?

YES. You can contract a recurring monthly plan contacting info@connectivity.es informing your name, phone number and bank details. You can also transfer this line to any other spanish operator (portabilidad)

What happens after the established period?

The line will be suspended for 15 days then cancelled. If you want to continue using this line you will need to inform us before it is cancelled.

What it the network coverage of this SIM?

How can I find out the remaining GB for the month?

You can check your balance through WhatsApp, for free and at any time, by writing to 607 100 100. The same service is available in English at 607 100 800.

If you do not have Internet access, you can also check your balance for free in these 2 ways:

By calling 22134 from your prepaid phone.
Calling 22123, saying “available balance” and indicating the number for which you want to know the available balance.

Can I change the ownership of this line?

Yes. You need to send the new owner documentation to spainconnect@connectivity.es
